Thing? That seems to have assimilated most of the soft tissue of his heart and has taken its place. - His body is a lot denser than a human's should be - There is something very funky about his blood (do not ingest you will mutate into a monster...) - There's something else in Byleth. - Quick addition: Byleth has technically died, or, he was stillborn and brought to life. So. Yeah. Cherry on top of everything else.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS?: Byleth currently houses the soul of an actual goddess who's taking the longest power nap ever. While John can probs sense there is something there, probably not exactly what it is. Oh and Byleth can manipulate time...
