She isn't a mage/spellcaster, so the only way she uses this is in her physical movement and strength. It doesn't make a big difference in her everyday life, but when it comes to combat, etc., she's capable of superhuman speed, endurance, and explosiveness, and she can use magical energy to moderate her pain, healing, temperature, etc. John is free to notice when she's tapping into that extra energy. -- Gaining this dragon core has halted Gray's aging process. -- Except for her hair and the scar on her face, Gray's body is the same as King Arthur's (aka Saber, aka Artoria Pendragon of Fate/). As Mordred is an exact clone of King Arthur, this means Gray and Mordred technically look like twins (minus hair color) — their art styles just don't reflect that very well lmao. -- Gray was a gravekeeper specializing in the extermination and handling of spirits. This honestly isn't expounded on very much in her canon, but if that becomes relevant, then maybe John can notice it! She's studied necromancy a bit as well, but only in terms of theory.
